Does SNSD finally have some competition?

Well that's what a lot of blogging sites are starting to think as a new female group named "Rania" recently made it's debut. The group, made up of girls six girls, is produced by Teddy Riley, the producer who's worked with many other artist including Michael Jackson, The Pussycat Dolls, and even R.Kelly.
The group is set to work their magic not only in Korea, but America as well. They have already been
recording music in LA and are hoping to release their Korean and American albums in November of this year. The girls are fluent in Japanese, English, Thai, and Chinese.

Rania looks like a promising group and I really do think these girls have what it takes to make it in America. There is a Pussycat Doll Esq presence about them and the girls will definitely garner a lot of attention with their looks, especially if they decide to debut as a sexy girl group and not girly cute as the Wonder Girls have. With the help of Teddy, the group could get big name acts to collaborate with them and make some big radio hits. We can only wait to see how much impact they will have on America.

If you want to keep up with the group follow them on Twitter: (@with_Rania)

Here's a snippet of what the girls sound like in English. The lyrics might not be the best, but if Rebecca Black can make a million off of "Friday", then Rania will be able to push a couple of albums.
